The only good use for flea collars is to cut them up and put them in your vuacum cleaner bags they kill flea eggs! Flea collars generally only serve to irritate your cat’s neck, and can be very toxic to them. And never use a product intended for dogs on cats some chemicals that are safe for dogs can be lethal to cats.References : Many years of cat rescue
